The WBJEE JEPBN 2025 Result: The answer key process will begin soon in the state. As the exam process got little late due to court case so we are expecting the whole process will be over till November.

JEPBN Scorecard

The raw score is converted into a percentile rank for fairness across candidates. This percentile determines position in the merit list.
4. Qualifying Status
Indicates whether the candidate has met the minimum required marks to qualify for admission and counselling.
JEPBN Rank List
The rank list (merit list) is prepared using total and sectional marks.
Key points to understand:
- General Merit Rank (GMR):
This is the all-over rank among all candidates, regardless of category. - Category Rank (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B):
Represents the rank secured within your specific category as per the reservation rules. - Tie-Breaking Rules:
When two candidates share identical scores, the following criteria are applied in order :- Higher marks in Part B.
- Fewer total negative marks.
- Fewer negative marks in Part B.
- Fewer negative marks in Part A.
- Older candidate is preferred (DOB).
- Lower application number (earlier applicant).

- GMR: 220
- Category Rank: 45 (OBC-B)
It means you placed 220th overall and 45th among OBC-B candidates. Your admission chances depend on the cutoff ranks for your chosen college during counseling.
Counseling Eligibility
Candidates figuring in the merit list (as per GMR or category rank) become eligible for online counseling and seat allotment for the 2-year Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course.

- Online Registration

- Pay the ₹500 counselling fee (non-refundable).
- Choice Filling and Locking
- Select institutes and courses (Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing) as per your rank and preference.
- Arrange choices in order of priority.
- Click “Lock Choices” before the deadline. If not locked, the last saved choices are automatically final.
- Seat Allotment
- There will be three rounds of seat allotment.
- Results will show the college name and course allotted.
- Pay a seat acceptance fee of ₹1000 to download the allotment letter.
