- उम्मीदवार जम्मू-कश्मीर या लद्दाख के निवासी—डोमिसाइल अनिवार्य.
- आयु: 17 वर्ष (31 दिसंबर 2026 तक) या उससे अधिक.
- शैक्षिक योग्यता: 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English) में सामान्य वर्ग के लिए 50% अंक, आरक्षित वर्ग के लिए 45% अंक.
- वे विद्यार्थी भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं जो 2026 में 12वीं की परीक्षा देंगे.
