डोमिसाइल: उम्मीदवारों के पास जम्मू और कश्मीर केंद्र शासित प्रदेश का डोमिसाइल सर्टिफिकेट या लद्दाख केंद्र शासित प्रदेश की अथॉरिटी द्वारा जारी किया गया शेड्यूल कास्ट सर्टिफिकेट होना चाहिए।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता: उम्मीदवारों को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10वीं कक्षा (सेकेंडरी स्कूल परीक्षा या उसके बराबर) फिजिक्स, केमिस्ट्री और मैथमेटिक्स को अनिवार्य विषयों के रूप में पास होना चाहिए। 2026 में 12वीं कक्षा में बैठने वाले छात्र भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
