JKCET 2026 Marking Scheme

• There are 1 mark for each correct answer.
• Negative marking – 0.25 Marks will deduct for each wrong answer.
• A Candidates who secures negative marks shall not consider for admission even if seats remain vacant.
• The Duration of Entrance Exam is 180 Minutes.

JKCET 2026 Question Paper

• Candidates, this information is very important for you because if you are going to appear for JKCET 2025 exam, then you must know what is the nature of the question paper. To know all these things, read the points given below carefully.
• Before the exam starts, carefully check your question booklet. If you find any missing question, blank page, or torn/defaced page, immediately report it to the invigilator (supervisor). Remember, the authorities will not accept any complaint after the exam is over.
• Check carefully whether the booklet has a total of 180 questions or not. If not, inform your supervisor immediately.

• Students, your paper will be objective type. This means the answers will be Multiple Type Questions (MCQs).
• This will available in the form of a booklet with several pages stapled together. Check that no page is missing.

JKCET 2026 Booklet Number and Checking

• Students’ question booklets have a unique number. This means that each booklet given to you will be given a different booklet number.
• Check your booklet before answering.
• If any questions are missing, don’t worry; inform the booklet invigilator and have them replaced. You will receive another booklet from the same release series.
• Remember, no complaint will be entertained after the exam is over.

JKCET 2026 Important Instructions

• The seal on the question paper must be opened only when instructed by the examiner/invigilator.
• Write your correct roll number in the space provided on the cover page of the question booklet, and be careful not to cut it.
• It is not acceptable to make any marks, ticks, or scribbles on the question booklet.
• For doing rough work, a separate page is given inside the booklet, so you have to do all the rough work from there.
• Each paper has four series: A, B, C, and D.

• Candidates can take their question booklet with them at the end of the exam.
