Foreign Nationals

Allocation Process

The Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) 2025 handles seat allocation exclusively for Foreign National candidates, bypassing the Joint Seat Allocation Board (JSAB) 2025 procedures. This ensures dedicated channels for international applicants in technical programs like engineering admissions.

REALLOCATION OF UNFILLED SEATS FOR A PROGRAM

10.1 Unfilled PwD category seats for an academic program will be reallocated and treated as OPEN category seats for the purpose of allocation. This relocation will occur in the 3rd Round of Seat Allocation. During the 3rd Round, first iteration will follow the same process as in round 1 & 2. Subsequently, unfilled PwD seats will be converted to OPEN seats, and the re-allotment 8 process will be carried out. This conversion will continue until the PwD seats are reduced to zero. After completing this process, the round 3 results will be published

Application Form Registration

Candidates register online for JAAP PG 2025 by creating a new account on the portal, authenticating via mobile number and email with OTP verification, and setting a password.

JAAP PG 2026 Registration Steps

After initial signup, candidates sign in using their application number and password to access the homepage for further tasks like form submission and choice filling.

Form Completion

The multistep form requires filling personal profile, contact details, qualifications, and other details post-registration, followed by uploading category-specific documents.

Final Submission

Complete the process by paying the registration fee through the designated payment link after all sections are filled.

Seat Acceptance Fee

All candidates must pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 15,000, regardless of category, which includes Rs. 5,000 as JAAP PG 2025 processing charges.

Fee Adjustment

This fee, including the processing component, gets adjusted against the final admission fee at the allotted institute.

Payment Process
