NBEMS Post MBBS Diploma Courses 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the schedule for hospitals and medical institutions to apply for accreditation to run Post MBBS Diploma Courses for the July–November 2025 cycle. The application for accreditation of hospital/institute for NBEMS Diploma Courses shall be invited twice a year, firstly in January/February application cycle and secondly in July/ August Application Cycle.
Important Dates
- Start of Online Application: 15 July 2025
- Last Date to Submit Online Application: 28 November 2025
- Last Date to Send Hard Copy to NBEMS Office: 15 December 2025
Who Can Apply for the NBEMS Post MBBS Diploma Courses 2025?
Hospitals/Medical Colleges/Institutes candidates can apply for:
- Fresh Accreditation
- Renewal of Accreditation (if current approval is valid up to December 2025)
Note: Hospitals running DNB courses in these specialties can also apply. However, the faculty for DNB and Diploma must be separate. MCI/NMC and NBEMS Diplomas cannot run together in the same specialty in the same hospital.

How to Apply for NBEMS Post MBBS Diploma Courses 2025?
- Open your search engine and visit the official website www.natboard.edu.in
- Fill out the online application form through the Online Accreditation Application Portal (OAAP)
- Pay the fees as per the number of specialties
- Download and print the submitted form
- Send a signed and stamped hard copy to the NBEMS office by post before 15 December 2025

- NBEMS has full authority to approve/reject applications.
- Just submitting the form or meeting the criteria does not guarantee accreditation.
- Institutions must meet all eligibility and infrastructure standards as per NBEMS guidelines.
