NEET-MDS 2025 candidates with scores at or above the cut-off scores mentioned above in their respective categories are eligible to participate in the counseling for All India 50% quota Post Graduate MDS seats to be conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), DGHS, MoHFW. The All India 50% quota scorecard of candidates who are eligible for online counseling for All India 50% quota seats can be seen and downloaded from the NBEMS website. A copy of the scorecard will not be sent to individual candidates. Also, the scorecard shall be available for download only for a period of 6 (six) months.

What Are NEET MDS 50 Percentile Quota Seats?
The NEET MDS 50 percent quota refers to the All India Quota (AIQ) seats in Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses that are reserved for candidates across India, irrespective of their home state. Specifically:
- 50% of the total MDS seats in government dental colleges (except those in Jammu & Kashmir) are under the All India Quota.
- These seats are filled through centralized counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
- The remaining 50% of seats are reserved for the State Quota. It is filled through counselling conducted by the respective state authorities for candidates domiciled in that state.
- The 50% AIQ seats also include seats in Deemed Universities, Central Universities, ESIC colleges, and Armed Forces Medical Services.
- Candidates qualifying NEET MDS and securing ranks in the merit list can participate in the AIQ counselling to compete for these seats anywhere in India.
- The counselling process for the 50% AIQ seats includes registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted college.
- Vacant seats from AIQ counselling rounds may be transferred to respective states for state quota counselling.
