How to make corrections in the NEET UG Application 2025 ?
Step-1: Open Your Search engine and visit on the Official Website of NEET website (neet.nta.nic.in) and click on the candidate login option.
Step-2: Enter your NEET application number and password to sign in.
Step-3: Click on the option labelled “Corrections in NEET (UG)-2025 Application”.
Step-4: Make the required changes by editing, removing, or updating the relevant sections of your application form.
Step-5: Carefully check the corrections made and verify the details.
Step-6: After review submit your application.

- Name, Date of Birth, Gender (if required and supported by documents).
- Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, Gender, Category, Person with Disability, State Code of Eligibility, and Nationality
