• Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university
• Age Limit: 21–28 years (with a revised 3-year age relaxation for all categories; upper age limit is now 33 years for SC/ST/SEBC/women)
• Odia Language: Ability to read/write Odia is mandatory
