Education Eligibility
Candidate has passed class 12 from any recognised board/university and have certificate of english shorthand and English typing from a recognized instituions
A Diploma/Certificate of at least 6 Month course in Computer Application from a Recognized institution
and
Typing speed of 80 Words per minutes in English Shorthand and Minimum speed of 40 words per minutes in English Typing
Preferential Qualification:-A candidate –
- who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period for two years,
- or who has obtained a ‘B’ certificate of the National Cadet Corps shall, other things being equal, be given preference

Written Test
This Written Test shall be comprised of three Parts i.e. Part-A, Part-B & Part-C. There shall not be negative marking for incorrect answers in the Part-B of the Written Test. The candidate will have to qualify in all the parts Part-A, Part-B & Part-C in order to be called for the next stage. The accuracy of Typing Test & Shorthand Test in percentage in Part-A& C shall be equivalent to the marks obtained out of 100
