RGUKT Documents required for counselling process 2025
The counselling process will began from 11th June 2025 to 16th June 2025. There are different dates for all campuses. The Documents verification for the 2025 session in the prestigious six-year B.tech Integrated Program of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) will start from June 11. The RGUKT 2025 selection list will be announced on their official website www.rgukt.in on June 5, 2025, but this is a tentative date. This course of RGUKT provides a good opportunity especially for 10th pass students of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states as well as other states. Documents required for counselling and verification:
Students whose name has appeared in the selection list will need the following documents at the time of counselling. You will have to bring these documents at the time of counselling for verification. It is mandatory to bring original certificates along with five photocopies of all these documents:
- SSC/equivalent marks sheet (issued by relevant board)
- Caste/Community Certificate (for those claiming reservation under SC/ST/BC category)
- EWS Certificate (2024 or later)
- Latest Income Certificate (issued in 2025)
- Physically Handicapped (PH) Certificate (if applicable)
- Armed Forces Children (CAP) Certificate (if applicable)
- NCC Certificate (if applicable)
- Sports Certificate (for sports achievements at state level and above)
- Bharat Scouts & Guides Certificate
Fee:
- Entry Fee: ₹1,000/- (₹500/- for SC/ST)
- ₹1,200/- (Group Insurance Fee)
- ₹1,000/- (Refundable Security Deposit)
- ₹1,000/- (Hostel Maintenance Charges)
- Total Fee: ₹4,200/- (₹3,700/- for SC/ST)
