We are providing you with a complete list of important documents required for the admission process for students taking admission in 6-year Integrated B.Tech course at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT). And this list is not created by us, this is the official list which RGUKT had demanded from the students in the year 2024.

Admission process in RGUKT:

1. Online Application:

  • Interested candidates can visit the official website of RGUKT and fill and submit the online application before 20th May 2025.
  • After filling the application form, pay the fee.
  • When the application form is submitted, the candidates will receive a unique RGUKT application number.

2. Release of Admission List:

  • RGUKT will release the selection list after the application date, which will contain the names of the students who have been selected for admission.
  • A notification will be released on the official website of RGUKT for the selected students and they will be called for certificate verification.

3. Certificate Verification:

  • Students whose name will be included in the list of selected students will be required to appear at the RGUKT campus on the scheduled date with all their documents, otherwise your admission may be cancelled.
  • After the document verification is done, students will have to pay the fixed admission fee.

4. Confirmation of Admission:

  • Once all your documents are verified and fee payment is submitted, the admission of the students will be confirmed.
  • Students will also have to sign a declaration agreeing with all the terms and conditions of RGUKT.

List of required documents:

Students are willing to take admission in B.tech integrated programme of 6 years are required to bring the following documents in original and two sets of photocopies (Xerox) for certificate verification process:

1. 10th class original mark sheet (Grade Sheet/Memo)

2. Transfer Certificate

3. Study/Bonafide Certificate – Class 4 to 10

4. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) – Issued by Meeseva only

5. Income Certificate (Income Certificate/EBC Certificate) – Issued by Meeseva only (After 01-04-2025)

6. 6 passport size photographs of the student and 2 each of the parents or guardians.

7. Photocopy of Aadhaar card.

8. Residence Certificate for non-local category students.

9. Documents required for bank loan:

  • Additional 4 sets of photocopies of all the above certificates.
  • Employee ID card of parents.
  • Three months’ salary certificate of parents.
  • PAN card of student and parents
  • Ration card/ Voter ID/ Aadhar card
  • Bank account statement (last 6 months)
  • 6 photos of student and 4 photos of parents or guardian.
