RRB NTPC Graduate 2025 correction window- The date for correction window is announced by the RRB. It will be opening on November 30, 2025, and will close on December 9, 2025. It is advisable for all candidates to check the application form carefully so that no mistake is left unattended. If left unattended it will impact further employment opportunity.
What to do during this period
The candidates can make necessary modifications to their application forms by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 250 per correction. Following this, candidates eligible for scribes can submit their scribe details from December 10 to December 14, 2025.
The application submission deadline for graduate posts was extended to November 27, 2025, with the fee payment deadline extended to November 29, 2025.
For undergraduate posts, the correction window is December 7 to 16, 2025, and the last date to apply is December 4, 2025
Candidates can modify their online application any number of times during the correction window by paying the applicable modification fee for each instance
During the RRB NTPC Graduate 2025 correction window, candidates can make corrections to the following details:
- Candidate’s name (spelling corrections)
- Date of birth
- Father’s/Mother’s name (minor spelling corrections)
- Category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) with supporting valid documents
- Educational qualification and marks
- Communication address
- Exam language preference
- Upload or re-upload of photograph and signature

RRB NTPC Graduate level 2025 Category Change Fee
If a candidate changes their community from SC/ST to UR, OBC, or EWS, they must pay the fee difference of Rs. 250/- along with the modification fee. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the modified application.
Similarly, candidates switching from Ex-SM to UR, OBC (NCL), EWS, or non-Ex-SM status must pay the Rs. 250/- fee difference plus the modification fee, or their modified application will not be accepted.
