The Railway Recruitment Cell, North Central Railway (RRC NCR) has released the official RRC NCR Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Notification. A total of 563 vacancies will fill up for RRC NCR Apprentice 2025 posts in various trades across HQ/PRYJ, Jhansi Workshop, and Agra Division.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website www.rrcpryj.org from 18th September 2025 to 17th October 2025. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have passed 10th with minimum 50% marks and ITI in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT).

RRC NCR Apprentice 2025 Eligibility Criteria – Age & Educational Qualification

Age Criteria

Candidates minimum age to apply is 15 years and Maximum age to apply is 24 Years. The Candidates must be born between September 16, 2001 and September 16, 2010.

Educational Qualification (Essential)

• Candidate must have passed SSC / Matriculation / 10th Class (or its equivalent under 10+2 system).
• Must have scored minimum 50% marks (aggregate) from a recognized Board.
• Candidate must also have passed ITI in the relevant trade issued by NCVT / SCVT (recognized by Govt. of India).

Technical Qualification

• Candidates must have an ITI Certificate in Relevant Trade. (affiliated to NCVT or SCVT).

How To Apply

1. Visit the official website – Go to www.rrcpryj.org.
2. Fill the Online Application Form – Complete all required details carefully.
3. Check Your Details – Verify all information before making payment (no editing allowed later).
4. Pay Application Fee – Use Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking through the payment gateway. (Note: Transaction charges to be paid by applicant).
5. Redirect to Website – After successful payment, you will be redirected to the RRC-NCR website.
6. Download Application Form – Complete the process and download/save the filled application form.

Confirm Payment Successfully Done

• If money is deducted but application not downloaded → Click on “Verify Payment” button to confirm from payment gateway.
• If transaction fails → Login again and make the payment once more. (Duplicate payment refundable)

Merit Based Selections

Candidates must note that there are no any written exam you selection will be based on your previous year qualifications.

• There are not any written exam and interview.
• Selection will be based on a merit list.
• The merit list will prepare by taking the average percentage of marks in 10th (Matriculation with at least 50% marks) and ITI, giving equal weightage to both.

Shortlisting for Document Verification

Candidates will get shortlist for document verification in a ratio of 1.5 times the total vacancies. These shortlisted applicants will eligible for certificate/document verification before final selection.

What is Final Selection Criteria?

If two candidates have the same marks:

• The authorities will give preference to the candidate who is older in age.
• If the age is the same, they will consider first the candidate who passed Matriculation earlier.
