Uttarakhand NEET UG Counselling 2025 started: The counselling process has started in the state with the opening of the window for registration. Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) is the official authority for conducting NEET UG counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions in Uttarakhand. The counselling is conducted for 85% state quota seats in government medical/dental colleges and 100% seats in private colleges.

Uttarakhand NEET UG Counselling 2025 Started: Eligibility
- Must qualify NEET UG 2025 as per NTA and HNBUMU guidelines.
- Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (40% for reserved categories).
- Pass 10th & 12th from Uttarakhand for state quota.
- Indian citizenship & further domicile/eligibility norms as per state rules.
Step-by-Step Counselling Process
- Registration:
Go to the HNBUMU website (hnbumu.ac.in), register with NEET Roll Number, Application Number, DOB, and Email. - Filling Application:
Complete personal, academic, and NEET details; upload required documents. - Fee Payment:
Pay the counselling registration fee and security deposit online. - Choice Filling & Locking:
Select and lock preferred colleges/courses. - Result & Seat Allotment:
Check seat allotment result announced online. - Reporting:
Download allotment letter and report to the allotted college with original documents for verification and to complete admission.

- Counselling is online: No need for offline form submission in early rounds.
- Multiple rounds: If not allotted a seat, you can participate in subsequent rounds (dates to be announced).
