Counselling Schedule and Rounds
- The counselling is likely to start from June 2025 onwards after the NCHMCT JEE 2025 results are out.
- The entire process will be happen in four rounds, including:
- First Round (Online)Second Round (Online)Third Round (Spot Round/Physical presence required) – conducted if necessary.
- Fourth Round (if applicable)
Counselling Process Steps
- Registration: Candidates who qualify NCHMCT JEE 2025 must register online on the official counselling portal.
- Choice Filling: Candidates select their preferred colleges and courses based on merit and availability.
- Payment of Counselling Fee: Candidates pay the required counseling fee of Rs. 2000 online.
- Document Verification: Verification of eligibility and documents will happen either online or physically (especially for spot rounds).
- Seat Allotment: Seats are allotted based on All India Rank (AIR), choices filled, and seat availability.
- Fee Payment & Admission Confirmation: Candidates must pay the first-semester fee to confirm admission.
