C DAC High Performance Computing: CDAC is offering free diploma course on high performance computing and its application. The duration of this course is 6 months. The course will be conducted online. Above all the course is free of charge.
HPC is a key component in many applications including designing of vehicles, aeroplanes, discovery of drugs, discovery and extraction of new energy sources like oil and natural gas, weather forecasting and many more. The supercomputing systems and facilities of C-DAC are used to solve computationally challenging problems in several areas of practical significance.
- The course is for candidates belonging to SC / ST (Any Gender), Women (Any Category), EWS, and General Category.
- Zero registration or training fee for any candidates.
- A monthly stipend of ₹10,000/- will be provided to SC/ST/EWS/Women only.
C DAC High Performance Computing: Eligibility
Graduate (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA), Post Graduate (MCA / M.Sc) degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical / Instrumentation from various universities/colleges/institutes across the country belonging to SC / ST (Any Gender), Women (Any Category), EWS, General Category Candidates should have completed their graduation at least 3 years prior to the date of application (i.e., in 2023, 2024, or 2025)
