The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced that students who appeared for GUJCET 2025 can apply online to get a copy of their OMR sheet. The last date of Downloading OMR Copy is May 15, 2025. This process will help students to verify their answers and match them with the final results.

Registration Process to Apply for GUJCET 2025 OMR Copy
To get your OMR Copy, you first need to register online.
- Go to the official GSEB website: www.gseb.org
- Or directly open gujcet.gseb.org
- Click on the option “GUJCET-2025 OMR Copy Application”
- Now, click the Register button
- Fill in the required details in the registration form carefully
- After entering all information, click on the Register button
- You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on the mobile number you provided. Enter this OTP to verify your mobile number
- After successful OTP verification, set a password to complete the registration
Login Process to Apply for GUJCET 2025 OMR Copy
Once you are registered, you need to log in:
- Click on the Login button
- Enter your Seat Number, Mobile Number, and Password (set during registration)
- After logging in, your GUJCET 2025 result details will be displayed
- Select the option to apply for the OMR Copy
- Enter your OMR Barcode Number
- Proceed to make the payment
Application Fee Details
To get your OMR Copy, you need to pay the following fee:

You can pay using:
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Net Banking
Important
- After clicking Pay Now, wait until the payment is complete and the receipt is generated
- Do not refresh or close the browser while payment is in progress
- Download or print your receipt once payment is successful. This will be proof of your application
Online Transaction Charges
- Credit Card: 1.10% of total fee + 18% GST
- SBI Net Banking: ₹5 + 18% GST
- Other Bank Net Banking: ₹8 + 18% GST
- UPI or Cash Payment via Wallets: ₹6.60 (including GST)
GUJCET 2025 OMR Copy: Offline Payment via SBI Bank
If you want to pay offline, follow these steps:
- On the payment page, choose SBI Branch Payment
- Enter your Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID
- Click on Pay Now to generate a Cash Memo / Bank Challan
- Go to any nearby SBI Branch and pay the amount shown on the challan
- The bank will charge Rs. 6.60 (including GST) for offline challan processing
- Keep the bank payment receipt safe as proof of payment
- Log in again 1–2 working days after payment to download your final payment receipt
Important Information
- The last date to apply for the OMR Copy is May 15, 2025, 5:00 PM
- Make sure to complete both the application and the payment before the deadline
- The OMR Copy will help you review your marked answers
- Once paid, make sure to download your receipt, as it will be useful for reference
- No need to register again for each subject; you can apply for multiple subjects through the same login
