Indian Air Force Medical Assistant Recruitment 2025: Required Documents
While filling the form, you need to upload scanned copies of the following documents:
- Class 10th Pass Certificate (Matriculation Certificate)
- 12th/Intermediate Marks Sheet with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English
- Minimum 50% marks overall and 50% in English
OR - Marksheets of Vocational Course (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as non-vocational subjects) with 50% marks
- For candidates with Diploma or B.Sc. in Pharmacy: Upload a marksheet with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
- Recent Passport Size Colour Photograph (Taken after June 2025)
- Size: 10 KB to 100 KB
- Background: Light color
- The candidate should hold a black slate with their name and date written in white chalk
- Left-hand Thumb Impression Image (10 KB to 100 KB)
- Signature Image (10 KB to 100 KB)
- If the candidate is below 18 years, then the Parent/Guardian’s signature image is also required
Application / Examination Fee
- All candidates must pay an exam fee of Rs. 550 + GST
- The fee must be paid online via: Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
NOTE: Keep the payment receipt or transaction details safe for your records.
Important Note on Refund
- If you accidentally pay multiple times for a single application, the extra amount will be refunded after registration closes.
- If you apply more than once, only one application will be considered, and other fees will not be refunded.
Indian Air Force Medical Assistant Recruitment 2025: Email ID and Aadhaar Details
- Every candidate must have a valid email ID and mobile number
- Email ID will be used for all communication, so keep it active till the final selection
- Aadhaar number is required to fill the form.
- Except for candidates from J&K, Ladakh, Assam, and Meghalaya, who can use any other valid ID
Admit Card and ID Proof
- Take a color printout of the Provisional Admit Card
- Carry Aadhaar Card to the exam center as shown on the Admit Card
- For candidates from J&K, Ladakh, Assam, and Meghalaya, carry a valid alternative ID
Exam Centre Choices
While filling the form, candidates must select:
- Five choices for online exam centres
- Fourteen choices for Phase II (ASC centres)
Note: CASB has the right to change the exam centre as per availability.
