elhi Police Constable (Executive) Recruitment 2025: Applications for the recruitment of male and female constables in Delhi opened on September 22. Candidate selection is on the basis of their qualifications in the written examination and Physical Efficiency Test (PST)/Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Delhi Police is offering special age relaxation to ex-servicemen and candidates with valid NCC certificates.

Candidates from anywhere in India can apply for this position. This position is not limited to candidates from Delhi only. SSC will conduct this examination for Delhi Police.

The Computer-Based Examination (CBE) will be in English and Hindi only.

Delhi Police will conduct the Physical Efficiency and Measurement Test (PE&MT) in Delhi after the CBE results are out. PE&MT will be qualifying in nature

Document Verification

Delhi Police will do the job of verifying the eligibility certificate and document verification. Candidates will carry their original certificate and one set of photocopies of these documents at the time physical education and mental test/document verification

Final Result

SSC will declare the final result which is based on the performance of candidates in the Computer-Based Examination, subject to their passing the Physical Education and Mental Test (PE) and other conditions stipulated in the Notice of Examination.

SSC will handle the duties RTI/Public Grievances/Representations relating to online application form, conduct of Computer Based Examination, Answer Key, declaration of result and preparation of merit list.

Qualifications for Ex-Servicemen

Having served in the Special Forces/NSG (Special Action Group),

Having achieved a ‘Qualified Instructor’ grading in a Commando Course,

Terms for other candidates

Eligibility

Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board. Educational qualification is relaxable up to 11th pass:

Sons/daughters of serving, retired, or deceased Delhi Police personnel/Multi-Tasking Staff, and

Delhi Police Bandsmen, Buglers, Mounted Constables, Drivers, Dispatch Riders, etc. only.

Driving License

Male candidates must possess a valid driving license for a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) (motorcycle or car) as of the date of Physical Education and Mental Training (PE). Learner’s License is not acceptable.

How to apply?

All candidates wishing to apply under this examination notification must complete their One Time Registration (OTR) on the Commission’s website (https://ssc.gov.in). The OTR already generated on the old website (https://ssc.nic.in) will not work on the new website. After OTR, candidates can fill the online application form for the examination. Once the OTR is generated on the new website (https://ssc.gov.in), it will be valid for all examinations applied for on the new website.
