• Any leave accumulated but not availed by the apprentice will automatically lapse upon termination or completion of the apprenticeship contract.

2. Labour laws such as provident fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Bonus shall not apply to the apprenticeship engagement.
3. The Bank holds no obligation to provide regular employment to apprentices during or after their training completion.
4. Upon finishing the apprenticeship, candidates will relieve from their training assignments.
5. A waitlist, categorized by state and category, will maintain for one year from the result date or until the next engagement exercise, whichever earlier.
6. Candidates on the waitlist will consider for appointment only if vacancies arise due to non-joining of selected apprentices, subject to the available.
