RRB Paramedical 2026 city intimation slip is out Admit Card for 12 and 13 exam will come soon

The admit card for the RRB Paramedical exam will start from 11 March and will end on 13 March 2026. The RRB Paramedical recruitment under CEN 03/2025 is for various posts like Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Health & Malaria Inspector, and others, with a total of 434 vacancies.

Revised Test Dates- March 11, 12, and 13, 2026 (revised from the initial tentative dates of March 10-12).

Admit Card Status

The admit is released three or four days before the exam. As the exam is starting from 11 March so you can expect the admit card to be out on 7 March or 8 March 2026.

For the exam on 12 the admit card will be out on 8 or 9 March

For the exam on 13 the admit card will be out on 9 or 10 March 2026

Exam City Intimation Slip

The exam city intimation slip was already released on March 2, 2026. This provides details on your assigned exam city, date, and shift. How to Download the Admit Card (Once Released)

  1. Visit your regional RRB’s official website (e.g., for Delhi: https://rrbdelhi.gov.in; for Chandigarh: https://rrbcdg.gov.in; find your region at https://indianrailways.gov.in/railwayboard/view_section.jsp?lang=0&id=0,1,304,366,541).
  2. Look for the “CEN 03/2025 Paramedical Admit Card” or “Download e-Call Letter” link under the notifications or latest updates section.
  3. Log in with your registration number and date of birth/password.
  4. Download and print the admit card on A4 paper.
  5. Verify details like your name, photo, exam center, date, shift, and instructions. Report any discrepancies immediately to your RRB.

Must Carry Documents

The candidates must forget to carry their admit card and one of the government issued ID to prove their identity such as Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID or passport.

If you have forgottern your admit card you must download from the nearby internet café or any print shop. Without admit card you cannot enter the examination hall.

Carry the admit card along with a valid photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, Voter ID) to the exam center. No entry without it.

Important Reminders

  • The exam pattern includes 100 multiple-choice questions on professional knowledge, general awareness, arithmetic, general intelligence/reasoning, and general science, to be completed in 90 minutes.
  • Negative marking: 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.

Key Requirements for Exam Day
