Assam HSLC evaluation/rechecking process of  (Official Notification dated 10 April 2026)

Assam HSLC result declared today 10 April. The candidates who are not satisfied with their result can go for rechecking of their answer sheet. The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB Div-I) has released the official modalities for Re-checking of Answer Scripts for HSLC Examination 2026.

Assam HSLC Re-checking (not full Re-evaluation). It includes:

• Re-totaling of marks
• Checking for any unevaluated answers
• Correction of wrong entry of marks

It does not involve re-marking or re-assessment of answers.

How to Apply (Online Only)

A. Rechecking + Scanned Answer Script (Theory Papers, Rs. 400/subject)

CBSE result 2026 Rechecking process

Steps:

1. Visit sebaonline.org → Click “APPLY FOR RE-CHECKING & Scanned copy of ANSWER SCRIPTS and OMR with Answer Key”.
2. Select RE-CHECKING & Scanned copy of ANSWER SCRIPTS.
3. Choose subjects → Fill details (roll no., etc.) → Pay online.
4. Scanned script via email (~30 days).

What Rechecking Covers (No re-evaluation):

• Re-total marks.
• Check unevaluated answers.
• Fix entry errors.

Result: SMS/email (~30 days). If marks change, submit original marksheet via school for revised copy (no direct issue).

B. Scanned OMR + Answer Key (Rs. 50/subject)

1. Same portal/link.
2. Select Scanned copy of OMR and Answer Key.
3. Choose subjects → Pay → Get via email (~30 days)

Key Notes

• Upload admit card scan if required (~500KB JPEG/PNG).
• Fees non-refundable; incomplete apps rejected.
• Scripts confidential till recheck results (no RTI). Board’s decision final.
• HSLC 2026: Recent results—act fast if portal open!

No offline applications will be acceptable.

Important Timeline

• HSLC Result 2026 declared on 10 April 2026.
• The re-checking portal opens after 2 days of result declaration (i.e., expected on 12 or 13 April 2026).
• You must apply within 15 days from the date the portal opens.
• Re-checking results will be informed via SMS and email within 30 days from the last date of application.
• Scanned copy of the answer script will be sent via email (usually within 15 days after re-checking result).

What Happens After Re-checking?

• If marks change (increase or decrease), you will get a revised marksheet/certificate.
• You must submit the original marksheet through your school head to the Board office to collect the revised one.
• The Board’s decision is final and binding.
• Scanned copies are provided with examiner details masked.

General Instructions

• Incomplete applications or applications without fee will be rejected.
• The scanned answer script is confidential and cannot be used for any commercial purpose, media, or legal challenge.
• No RTI can be filed on answer scripts before re-checking results are declared.

Additional Notes on ASSEB/SEBA Rechecking Process

After recheck results (SMS/email within 30 days of application deadline), the re-checked scanned copy of your evaluated Answer Script is delivered via email only within 15 days from result declaration.
