Agriculture Insurance Management Trainee Exam Pattern 2025-The registration process starts Today on January 30 for appointment of 55 Management Trainee in IT, Actuarial and Generalist.

Candidate can check the exam pattern of Agriculture Insurance Exam Pattern. The job can be made permanent on the successful completion of Training period. They will be absorbed as Administrative Officer in Scale I.

The selected candidate would be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 60,000/- per month for their services in the Company as a Management Trainee.
On their successful completion of Management Trainee period and subsequent absorption as Scale – I officers (Administrative Officers) with the Basic Pay starting at Rs. 50,925/- in the Scale of Rs. 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 and other admissible allowances as applicable. Gross emoluments will be approximately 90,000/- (per month) depending on their place of posting

- The Descriptive Test will be conducted only though online mode.
- NegativeMarksforWrongAnswers: There will be negative marks for wrong answer, 1/4th of the allotted marks (in objective tests) will be deducted for each wrong answer. If a question is left blank
i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
Qualifying Marks
Maximum Interviewmarksare50,theminimumqualifyingmarkstobeeligibleforfinalselectionisfixed at 25 (50% of allotted marks). The Company reserves the right to relax/ extend the minimum qualifying marks in respect of Interview round in order to enhance/ restrict the number of candidates eligible for final selection.
