AP ECET Counselling 2024: Schedule, Fee, Process

Candidates who have applied for the counselling round can check the seat allotment result through the official website of AP ECET at ecet-sche.aptonline.in. The result link will be activated after 6 PM. As per counselling schedule, self reporting and reporting at college can be done from July 09 to 15, 2024.

JNTU Kakinada announced the AP ECET counselling 2024 dates on the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/ECET. The AP ECET 2024 counselling process will be conducted online. Candidates who pass the AP ECET exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling. Through this process, admission will be offered at various AP ECET participating institutes. The AP ECET 2024 counselling involves several steps, including fee payment, certificate verification, candidate registration, and choice filling.

The authorities will publish the AP ECET seat allotment results online. Seat allotment for AP ECET will be determined based on the candidate’s rank, preferences, and seat availability. If any seats remain vacant after the counselling process, a spot round of AP ECET counselling 2024 will be conducted. AP ECET Counselling Schedule

The AP ECET 2024 counselling will take place online in June 2024. All candidates who qualify for the AP ECET will be eligible to participate according to the scheduled date and time. To be eligible for the counselling process, candidates must score at least 25% of the aggregate marks (50 out of 200). However, there is no minimum qualifying mark requirement for SC/ST candidates.

The AP ECET 2024 counselling procedure will follow a step-by-step process. Candidates can review the details of each stage of the counselling process below:

Step 1: Fee Payment

• Candidates must pay the required processing fee online using credit cards, debit cards, or net banking.
• Visit the official AP ECET 2024 website and click on the “Processing Fee Payment Online” link.
• Enter your hall ticket number, rank, and captcha code, then click on the “Pay Fee Online” button.
• Choose your preferred online payment method and complete the payment.
• Finally, print the payment receipt for your records.

Step 2: Certificate Verification

• Present the AP ECET 2024 rank card to the exam authorities at the helpline center.
• Fill out the registration-cum-verification form, including details like hall ticket number and rank.
• Await verification of certificates by the designated officer at the registration counter.

             Step 3: Application Form Review and Reporting

• Candidates must ensure accuracy in the application form details.
• OC category candidates should report directly to the Certificate Verification Officer.
• Other candidates need to submit caste certificates (SC/ST/BC) at the helpline center.
• Original certificates such as hall tickets, study certificates, marks memos, rank cards, and income certificates will be verified.
• Candidates are advised to collect the manual option form for future reference.

              Step 4: Manual Option Form Submission

• Fill in the college code, district code, and course code in the manual option form.
• Seat allotment lists based on rank, local area, and reservation category will be released by the exam authorities.

                  Step 5: Online Option Entry

• Access the web browser and click on the “Candidate’s Registration” button.
• Enter necessary details like registration number, hall ticket number, date of birth, and rank as mentioned in the certificate verification.
• Log in using the registration number and password, then click on the ‘Option Entry’ button and provide additional required details.

Step 6: Seat Allotment Result

• The seat allotment result will be released by the exam authorities.
• Candidates can check the list on the official website.
• Seat allotments are based on the candidate’s rank, preferences, and seat availability.
