- Candidates must have Degree in Civil Engineering with valid score from an Indian University or a Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Indian Engineering College.
- Candidate Must Be an Associate Member of the Institute of Engineering India or have passed Branch ‘A’ and ‘B’ of the Institution of Engineers (India) or have passed any other degree equivalent to Branch ‘A’ and ‘B’ from an Institute recognized by the Institution of Engineers (India).
