B.Tech Control engineering

B.Tech Control engineering

B.Tech Control Engineering – With the emergence of various public and private sector job opportunities in the engineering sector, the B.Tech course is gaining huge importance. From Mechanical to Metallurgical to Civil to Computer Sciences and Electronics, every branch of engineering has something new in store. But, did you know Control Engineering is the new dimension that combines both Engineering and Mathematics? Once part of mechanical engineering, control engineering focus on developing or improving machinery that has singular or multiple functions.

What is Control engineering and how B.Tech Control engineering will help?

Control engineering deals with the principles of control theory for designing systems that bring yield to the desired behaviour in a controlled manner. The practice uses sensors for measuring output performance. Control Engineering aims to create stability in the systems through various strategies.

This practice uses sensors to measure the output performance of the device being controlled (often a vehicle) and those measurements can be used to give feedback to the input actuators that can bring corrections towards the desired performance.

The job of a B.Tech Control Engineering

A control engineer designs and oversees the production of different complex systems and equipment. He/she analyses and tests the design in relation to the function of the elements in the system. A control engineer seeks consistent results and operation of a system within specified tolerances. He/she has access to a wide range of sensors which can be used by other engineers for measuring any variable(s) to be controlled, like voltage, pressure, acceleration and force.
