IBPS PO Exam 2023 application last date is 28 August: IBPS PO Exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for its participating banks to select eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officers. This will now be happening in 2023 in its 13th edition.

The notification is expected to be released in the month of July end or August first week.

There are three stages for the selection of IBPS PO, the first stage is the preliminary exam and the second stage is the main and the final stage is the interview.

This year IBPS PO Prelims will be conducted in September or October. IBPS PO Mains will happen in November. 

The eligibility criteria include educational qualification, age limit, nationality, and additional criteria. Each candidate must fulfil all the requirements to be eligible for the exam. Specifically, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, and have a valid mark sheet and certificate of graduation at the time of filling out the IBPS application form.

The registration process for the IBPS PO exam is entirely online, and candidates must follow specific steps to complete their registration. Firstly, candidates must visit the official website and click on the ‘New Registration link. They will then be required to enter their name, phone number, email id, and security code to register. After successful registration, candidates can proceed to fill out the detailed application form, which includes basic details, educational qualifications, experience, and preferences. Candidates must ensure that they provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Candidates must also ensure that they have all the necessary documents required for the registration process. These documents include a scanned image of the latest passport size photograph and signature of the applicant, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration. After completing the registration process, candidates will be required to pay the application fee and submit their application form. The IBPS PO selection process comprises prelims, mains, and an interview. The marks obtained in the prelims exam are not counted towards the final selection, but candidates must still perform well to qualify for the mains exam. It is essential for candidates to carefully follow all the steps and guidelines provided by the IBPS during the registration process to ensure a successful application.
