What is the eligibility for IIT Kanpur new Programme?

The best part is No Gate Score is required admission will be based on merit

• Bachelor’s Degree (3/4 years program) or a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks or 5.5/10 CPI.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience (You need not be currently employed to be eligible).
• Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

The duration of the programme is 1-3 years. Admission to these courses do not require a GATE score.

According to an IIT Kanpur statement,the e-Masters in financial technology and management, , blends fin-tech with traditional finance, giving professionals a deep understanding of technology’s impact on finance.

The e-Masters in quantitative finance and risk management focuses on improving risk management skills through research and practical training, the e-Masters in business finance help professionals advance in finance and economics, equipping them to make strategic decisions, the institute said.

These programmes are offered by the department of management sciences and department of economic sciences. It allows for credit transfers towards higher education opportunities like MTech and PhD programmes at IIT-Kanpur.
