- Counselling Start: The counselling process is likely to begin in the 3 July 2025, with option entry and seat choice filling expected to open soon.
- Rounds: Counselling will be conducted in multiple rounds—registration, choice filling, mock allotment, seat allotment, and reporting. Additional rounds (mop-up, stray vacancy) will continue through November.
- Seat Matrix: Karnataka offers approximately 12,395 MBBS seats across 71 medical colleges (3,800 in government, ~6,000 in private, and over 2,500 in deemed/NRI quotas).
Eligibility Criteria

- NEET Qualification: Must have qualified NEET UG 2025.
- State Domicile: Must meet Karnataka domicile criteria (education in Karnataka, parental education, or language eligibility).
- Academic Requirements: Passed Class 12 with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (40% for reserved categories).
