It is important to note that as per the Honable Supreme Court judgement. No institution/University can run technical courses including an MBA/ management course leading to a PG degree without getting approval from AICTE.

It is important to note that an MBA is a year post-degree course designed to equip individuals with advanced skills and knowledge in various aspects of Business and Management.
As claimed the mba programme course (in case leading to a degree cannot be completed in 10 days.
So it should be noted by all stakeholders that MBA Crash courses offered by such individuals/organizations are misleading and inappropriate.
AICTE mentions that all stakeholders and students are advised to be cautious of this and they should not fall prey to such fraudulent offers
