RIE CEE 2025 result: The result is expected within few days atleast by 31 August. If we go by media reports that are claiming that the RIE CEE 2025 result will be declared in the last week of August and we are into the last week of August 2025 but there is no confirmation from the NCERT regarding this.

How to access your result when it is released

Candidates must follow the following step to download their result

Your scorecard carries the following

Your scorecard will display:

  • Your Name Name and roll number
  • Total marks and section-wise marks
  • All India and category rank (if applicable)
  • Qualifying status for counselling.

Activities after the result

  • RIE releases The merit list along with results.
  • The candidates who have qualified will participate in counselling and seat allotment based on merit and preferences.
  • Your document should be ready  such as admit card, ID proof, marksheets, photographs, category certificate if applicable)  for the counselling round.

How the rank is decided?

  • State Quota/Home State quota: This quota will get you seat in the RIE
  • Course Chosen: Popular courses like B.Sc. B.Ed. or M.Sc.Ed Chemistry at RIE Mysore often have higher cutoffs compared to B.Ed or lesser-applied subjects.

Composite Score System

  • Final merit = 60% RIE CEE entrance score + 40% qualifying exam (board/UG) score.
  • Tie-breakers: Higher teaching aptitude score in RIE CEE, then age (elder preferred).

High chances of admission

  • Candidates should aim for a composite score that places them in the top 10–15% of test-takers for their desired course and RIE.
  • The actual acceptable rank changes yearly with the pool, but for top RIEs and courses, a rank within the first 50–100 (General, all-India) is usually safe; for reserved categories or less popular campuses/courses, a broader range is acceptable
