The Madhya Pradesh High Court has allowed the National Examination Agency (NTA) to declare the NEET 2025 results on the scheduled date on 14 June, 2025, but the result for 75 affected candidates has been stayed. This order was issued after a hearing held in the Indore bench on June 9, 2025. So, the results of all other millions of  applicants will be declared on the scheduled date except for 75 petitioners who had filed a petition citing inconvenience due to power cuts and rain at the exam center.

Earlier, the NTA had submitted its full report to the court, but the court clarified to the students that re-examination will not be conducted for the 75 affected students. Meanwhile, on May 15, 2025, the MP High Court had stayed the NEET 2025 result. In the hearing held on June 9, taking into account the case of 8,790 affected candidates, but the Madhya Pradesh High Court modified its earlier order and stayed the result of just 75 students. It is not yet clear whether any alternative measure will be adopted for these 75 candidates or not.
