UPSC Pratibha Setu for not qualified in the interview: Yes, the candidates who were not recommended after the interview stage for the said posts have this opportunity. The companies, both government (PSU) and private, can access and hire these talented persons.
This service will be applicable to the candidates who reach the interview stage.

UPSC Pratibha Setu For Not Qualified in the Interview
UPSC Pratibha Setu was earlier known as the Public Disclosure Scheme (PDS) of the Commission. This is under the decision of the Government of India (Department of Personnel & Training), Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has been publishing the details of the non-recommended willing candidates of the Commission’s Examinations (candidates who qualify the written examinations but are not recommended after the interview) under the Public Disclosure Scheme (PDS) on its website. The Scheme has been in operation since 20.08.2018. The Commission (for the first time) disclosed the list of candidates for the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2017. However, the nomenclature of PDS is now UPSC Pratibha Setu. Non-recommended willing candidates of the following examinations are under this scheme:
- Civil Services Examination
- Indian Forest Service Examination
- Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination
- Engineering Services Examination
- Combined Geo-Scientist Examination
- C.D.S. Examination
- Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service Examination
- Combined Medical Services Examination
Note: Certain examinations are not under this scheme. It includes NDA & NA Examination and Limited Departmental Viz CBI(DSP) LDCE, CISF AC(EXE) LDCE, and S.O./Steno (GE-B/GD-I) LDCE Exams.
It provides a platform for employers to select non-recommended willing candidates. They are almost as meritorious as the recommended candidates and provide a Second gateway for UPSC aspirants to shine beyond the examination.
Any duly registered private company or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) may register on the portal using its Corporate Identification Number (CIN), verified via the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) API.
