General Merit Rank (GMR):
a) A General Merit Rank (GMR) list will be there using candidates’ combined total scores from Paper I and Paper II.
b) Ranks are assigned in descending order based on total marks across all subjects, with tie-breaking rules from section 2.9.1 applied as needed.
PMR
- A Pharmacy Merit Rank (PMR) list will be there for using only with candidates’ scores from Paper II (Physics and Chemistry).

How to apply?
Application Registration Steps:
a) Candidates enter personal details including name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, identification type and number, present and permanent address, mobile number, and email ID.
b) Exercise caution when entering name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, and domicile—these details cannot be changed, edited, or modified under any circumstances.
c) Create a password, review all details, and submit the registration.
d) An application number generates and displays on screen; an SMS/email confirmation sends to the registered mobile number or email ID.
e) Note down the application number and password securely; recover forgotten passwords via the “Forgot Password” option—no alternative recovery exists.
f) No person or agency can alter information without the password, so never share it; the Board bears no responsibility for changes due to password sharing.
Application Form Filling:
a) Enter additional details such as domicile, category, PwD status, TFW status, income category, religion, nationality, and academic qualifications.
b) Select preferred examination zones in order of choice, then submit the application.
Uploading Images:
a) Upload recent colour photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format as specified.
