The NIRF Dental Ranking 2025 released on September 4 surprise entry is the AIIMS Delhi. Not doubt it has to be placed in the first position. The ranking of No. 3 has also changed, where Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Science came up. The rankings will be available on the official NIRF website at nirfindia.org.
Interesting point to note that in the Dental college ranking, it is the private institutions that fare better than the government institute. If one looks at the ranking of these top Dental Institutes only three government institutes can make the top position.

NIRF Dental Ranking 2025:
- This is the 10th edition of the NIRF rankings.
- The dental category is among the 16 categories ranked, which also include new additions like open universities, skill universities, and state public universities.
- Rankings assess institutions based on parameters such as teaching, learning resources, research, graduation outcomes, outreach, inclusivity, and perception.
- For the first time, sustainability-related rankings aligned with SDGs are introduced, and negative marking for retracted research papers has been included under research parameters.
Institutions will be ranked comprehensively, helping students and policymakers identify top-performing dental colleges in India. The full detailed list will be published on the NIRF portal on the release date
