DSSSB Legal Assistant Selection Process 2026
The selection process for DSSSB Legal Assistant Selection Position 2026 is available below:
There will be Conducted Two Tiers first is Tier-I is qualifying in nature for shortlisting and second is Tier -2 use for prepared merit list.
Tier-I: Important for shortlisting
- Section-A: General (GA, Reasoning, Quant, English/Hindi).
- Section-B: Domain-Specific (Legal) – Qualifying marks mandatory here.
- No min marks in Section-A alone, but cumulative qualifying required.
- Marks used for Tier-II shortlisting (6 – 10x vacancies called).
Tier-II: Important for prepare Merit List
DSSSB Selection Process For AE (Civil) & JE (Civil) 2026
There will conduct one Tier Technical only and after that candidates will call for Document Verification. This is sing for DSSB le Tier Technical exam DSSSB JE Civil and AE Civil 2026.

There will conduct Two-Tiers for the DSSSB Grade II/ Assistant Section Officer (ASO) selection 2026:
Tier-I: Only for screening
- Full mandatory qualifying marks (category-wise).
- Candidates will shortlist ratio of 6-10x vacancies for Tier-II.
Tier-II: The final merit list will prepare on the basis of Tier -II
- Part-I: MCQs.
- Part-II: Descriptive.
Note – You must have strong knowledge of English Comprehension and Office Skills for the post of DSSSB Assistant Section Officer (ASO) 2026.

Yes. Legal Assistant selection includes Tier-I (screening) and Tier-II (final merit list).
