CPGET Osmania University

(CPGET) 2020 Exam Schedule released. It will commence from 2nd to 11th December 2020.

CPGET Osmania University 2020 Application form was released on 18th September 2020. Earlier the tentative date for conducting the  Exams was on 31st October 2020. 

It is important to note that CPGET Osmania University Common Entrance Test (OUCET) is replaced with Common Post Graduation Entrance Test (CPGET).

CPGET is a state-level exam which will be conducted by Osmania University. The admission will be offered into various  P.G. Courses (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., MCJ, M.Lib.Sc., M.Ed., M.P.Ed., etc.), P.G. Diploma Courses and 5 yrs. Integrated Programmes (M.A., M.Sc., MBA) offered by Osmania, Kakatiya, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi, Palamuru, Satavahana and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities in their campus, constituent and affiliated colleges for the academic year 2020-21.

The Entrance Test will be conducted online through Computer Based Test (CBT).

CPGET Osmania University Registration Fee

·        for a single subject is Rs.800/- for OC/BC candidates and

·        Rs.600/- for SC/ST/PH candidates.

·        For each additional subject, the fee is Rs.450/- for all categories.

The fee may be paid at any TS/AP online centres or through a payment gateway (Credit / Debit Cards / Net Banking). For submission of the online application, visit the above websites.

General Eligibility:

·         Nationality: Indian national citizens will be eligible to apply for CPGET 2020.

·         Age limit: There will be no age limit to apply for the examination.
The candidates will have to satisfy local/ unreserved status criteria laid down by Telangana educational institutions.

• Qualification: Candidates must qualify for a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized board or university.
• Percentage: He/ She must score a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
