Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10th Standard or equivalent but should not have completed Graduation.
Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 20 years. They should be born between 01.12.2005 and 01.12.2007 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation
Reserved categories, such as SC/ST, receive 5 years of age relaxation.
Federal Bank Office Assistant Posting Requirements

Selected candidates join the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and qualify for benefits like gratuity, concessional loans, and medical insurance for self and dependents, as per prevailing rules.
Probation Period
Selected Office Assistants serve a 6-month probation, which may extend if performance is unsatisfactory.
Transfer Policy
Candidates post at any Bank Branch/Office and may transfer based on administrative needs.

Involves Centre Based Online Aptitude Test (conducted by IBPS) and Personal Interview, or other modes at Bank’s discretion.
