B.Com. Bachelor of Commerce is one of the popular UG courses for students who pursue commerce in 12 standards. There are two courses for commerce students, i.e., B.Com general or B.Com pass, and B.Com (Hons) or B.Com honours.
First, understand what B.Com. is in general or pass the course. It is a 3-year degree course, and the candidate chooses a combination of subjects apart from a few core subjects.
The (Hons) is taught extensively in colleges and universities, along with a specialization in the given subjects that students opt for.
Eligibility
As far as eligibility criteria are concerned, the difference comes in the percentage secured in 12 standards. Generally, the pass percentage is a little less than B.Com(Hons)
Many colleges conduct entrance exams for admission to their BCom (H) programmes.
