NDA NA I and CDS I application form is opening tomorrow. The last date to apply is 9 January for both the exams.The NDA NA I and CDS I application form is opening on 20 December 2023. The candidates who are waiting to appear for this exam can visit the upsc official website and start registering for this exam i.e., https://upsc.gov.in/

Eligibility for National Defence Academy NDA:

• For Army Wing of National Defence Academy:—12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent 6 examinations conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
• 12th Class pass with subjects – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
• NDA-NA – Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.

The CDS age limit for all the posts is 20 years to 24 years

Application Fee Rs.200

There is a negative marking for the wrong answer marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers

.SCHEME OF EXAMINATION

1. The Competitive examination comprises:

(a) Written examination. (b) Interview for intelligence and personality test of such candidates as may be called for interview at one of the Services Selection Centres.

2. The subjects of the written examination, the time allowed and the maximum marks allotted to each subject will be as follows: (a) For Admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force

For Admission to the Officers’ Training Academy

The papers in all the subjects will consist of objective-type questions only. The question papers (Test Booklets) of General Knowledge and Elementary Mathematics will be set bilingually in Hindi as well as English
