The Wonder Children of India who cracked JEE at their Tender Ages!

We have been hearing this from long – Skill, Talent, Intelligence and Reasoning has no relation with Age or Academics. The saying has been proven when wonder children of India who have cracked JEE (The Joint Entrance Examination) at their tender age. It is one of the difficult engineering entrance exams through which students are admitted to the top technical institutes, including the prestigious IITs. Cracking JEE is quite a challenging task. While students who have completed 10+2 finds it tough to crack, but following children have cracked at their tender age. Let’s know about their heroic stories as given:

1. Satyam Kumar:

He is the youngest ever child to crack IIT JEE. Hailing from Bihar Bakhorapur Village, Satyam is a True Child Prodigy. And Guess what! Not only once, but he has cracked it twice.  When he was just 12, he appeared for JEE in 2011 & secured AIR-8137. However, he was not satisfied with the results. So, he went to Kota for preparation & in 2012, he cracked JEE with AIR – 679 at the age of 13. Later on, he joined IIT Kanpur.

Crediting the family as well as teachers for the success, Satyam has accepted that he was brought to Patna from his village for his initial studies aged just six years. Early on, Satyam showcased brilliance as well as was taken to Kota by one of his uncles, Ram Pukar Singh.

2. Shivam Kumar:

While Satyam Kumar became the youngest ever to crack the JEE in 2012, his younger brother Shivam Kumar also became one of the youngest persons to achieve a milestone of cracking JEE in 2018. He cracked JEE Advanced in 2018 with AIR 383 when he was just 15.

Both Satyam Kumar & Shivam Kumar are the sons of a farmer in Bhojpur district. The father is pleased with their kids’ performances and he is proud of his sons for cracking the prestigious examinations at such tender ages.

3. Shivanand Tiwari:

Another example of intelligence is Shivanand Tiwari. Based out of Dharampura village in Bihar’s Rohtas District is also among the country’s youngest students to crack the prestigious IIT entrance exam. In 2014, he cracked JEE and bagged an all India rank of 2,587 merely at the age of 14 years. He later opted for the B.S. course in Physics course at IIT Kanpur in the same year.

4. Sahal Kaushik:

Sahal Kaushik also cracked IIT JEE at the age of 14 and bagged AIR – 33. He cracked the IIT JEE examination in 2010 and secured an All India Rank of 33. Later on, he joined the 5 years Integrated MSC (Physics) course for undergraduates at IIT Kanpur.

5. Abhay Aggarwal: 

Abhay Aggarwal cracked IIT entrance exam at 15. Abhay Aggarwal of Firozabad in UP became one of the youngest candidates to clear the IIT entrance examination. He had secured all India rank of 2,467 in the exam. Later on, he reportedly took an admission in the IIT – BHU in Varanasi.

The IIT JEE examination is attended by the lakhs of Engineering as well as Architecture aspirants. Naturally, competition is fierce, and there is a zero margin for error. Especially for those who come from adverse circumstances, the exam is a climbing rope for all to reach at the peaks of career.
