| Assistant Lineman (ALM) | 1) Must have passed 10th standard or equivalent examination and possess National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Lineman Trade. 2) Candidates with higher education like Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering will only be considered if they have NAC in Lineman Trade as minimum qualification. |
| Assistant Sub Station Attendant (ASSA) | ITI in Electrical/Electrician/Wireman trade with minimum 60% marks (Full-time regular course) with 1 year apprenticeship experience from M/s BHEL / PMTCL or equivalent. OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks (Full-time regular course). OR Diploma in Electronics and Communication with 60% marks (Full-time regular course). OR Diploma in Instrumentation and Process Control with 60% marks (Full-time regular course). Matriculation with Punjabi language is mandatory. |
