NHM UP Recruitment The UPNHM CHO program is a part of the National Health Mission (NHM) in Uttar Pradesh, India. This initiative typically involves training individuals to become Community Health Officers (CHOs). These health professionals are equipped with skills to provide primary healthcare services, health education, and disease prevention in rural and remote areas where access to healthcare may be limited. The aim is to address healthcare gaps and improve the overall health and well-being of communities in underserved regions.

Eligibility–

• B.Sc Nursing with the certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN)

OR

Post Basic B.sc Nursing with certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) from Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council from recognised institute of University from year 2020 onwards.

OR

4 year B.Sc Nursing & 2nd year post B.Sc Nursing in year 2019-20 or onwards and passed the course successfully.

• Age- lower limit – 21 yrs
• Upper limit – 40 yrs

Age relaxation-

• OBC – 5 yrs 
• Person with disability – 15 yrs
• SC/ST- 5 yrs

Selection Process– The selection Process depends on merit 

 *Merit and percentage of total marks obtained in High school ( Theory+ Practical) and all year of B.sc Nursing/ Post Basic B.sc Nursing and COVID experience weightage.
