Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University / Institute.

Humanity faces many overlapping environmental sustainability crises, including climate change due to anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions, large-scale environmental pollution, biodiversity loss, and the depletion of natural resources such as energy (oil, natural gas, coal) and groundwater. Sustainable development is the only feasible path for mankind, and sustainable development science is an emerging discipline that aims to understand the basic characteristics of the interaction between nature and society to achieve sustainable development. As can be seen, the lack of integration between sectors in strategy, policy and implementation has long been seen as one of the main dangers of previous approaches to sustainable development. This can be achieved when there is a shared focus on ecological, social and economic goals during the construction process. Developing countries like India face their own internal challenges in balancing growth

This requires developing proactive approaches that engage universities, governments and NGOs to build a team of leaders who can integrate cross-cutting sustainability issues with shared goals. Educational programs such as PGDSS ensure capacity building and skill development in the field of sustainability science. The PGDSS project focuses on the emergence and integrity of sustainable development principles, its tools, implementation and evaluation strategies
