The NBEMS NEET PG 2026 Registration Process is open for pursuing PG courses in Medical field. NEET PG 2026, the national-level entrance examination for admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB postgraduate medical courses in India. The online application process began on 1 July 2026 and will remain open until 21 July 2026 (11:55 PM). The computer-based examination is scheduled to be held on 30 August 2026.

The Doctors who are interested in pursuing the course can apply online only. There is no other mode available. Candidates must first visit the official NBEMS website and access the NEET PG 2026 application portal. They need to complete a one-time registration by entering basic details such as their name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. After successful registration, a unique User ID and password are generated and sent to the registered email and mobile number. These credentials are used to log in and complete the application form.

After logging in, applicants must provide personal, academic, internship, and communication details carefully. They should upload scanned copies of the required documents, including a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and thumb impression, as per the specifications prescribed by NBEMS. The board has also introduced Aadhaar-based authentication to improve identity verification, and candidates are advised to keep their Aadhaar details updated before applying.

Candidates are required to select their preferred examination states and cities during the application process. A major change introduced for NEET PG 2026 is that test city allocation will no longer follow the “first come, first serve” principle. Therefore, submitting the application early does not guarantee allotment of a preferred examination city, although early submission is still recommended to avoid last-minute technical issues.

After completing the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee through the online payment gateway. Before final submission, all details should be verified carefully because certain important information cannot be edited later. Once the form is successfully submitted, candidates should download and print the confirmation page for future reference.

Candidates must satisfy the following NBEMS NEET PG 2026 Registration Process eligibility conditions:

  • Possess MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized as per the provisions of the NMC Act, 2019 and the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2023,

Or

  • Possess Permanent or Provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) / the erstwhile Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council,

Or

  • You have completed one year of internship or are likely to complete the internship on or before 30-09-2026.
