AILET Law Entrance Test LLM Eligibility Criteria

Indian Nationals

  • Academic Criteria: LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum Marks: At least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PwD).
  • Awaiting Results: Final-year students can apply but must prove eligibility by the designated post-result cut-off date. Students with a compartment/supplementary in the admission year are ineligible.
  • Admission Basis: Performance in the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET).

Foreign Nationals

  • Criteria: Must hold non-Indian citizenship and a valid passport.
