CLAT Exam Pattern 2025 Overview
The CLAT exam pattern for undergraduate programs is designed to assess a candidate’s aptitude for law. The exam is offline, using pen and paper, and will happen in several sections. The question paper consists of 120 multiple-choice questions, with a total of 120 marks. Candidates have 2 hours to complete the exam. The questions are based on comprehension passages, and each correct answer carries 1 mark. There is also a provision for negative marking, where 0.25 negative marks for every incorrect answer.
