The NBCC a leading Building corporation of India, A PSU will recruit candidates in the coming month, The application form will open on the March 6 and continue for one month. The candidates will go through the test as mentioned against each post.

There are vacancies for Experienced personnel and fresh candidates. Details of the posts have mentioned below starting with fresh candidates

Experienced Posts

General Manager (Engg.)

One backlog ST post at E-6 level (Rs. 90,000-2,40,000). Age limit: 54 years. Requires full-time Civil Engineering degree plus 15 years’ experience in PMC/EPC/infrastructure, currently in E-5 equivalent or Rs. 33 Lacs CTC.

Manager (Architecture & Planning)

Two UR posts at E-3 level (Rs. 60,000-1,80,000). Age: 37 years. Needs Architecture degree (60%) with 6 years in planning/designing townships/housing; AUTOCAD/3D skills desirable.

Deputy Manager (Company Secretary)

One UR post at E-2 (Rs. 50,000-1,60,000). Age: 33 years. Qualified CS with 3 years’ experience in compliance, SEBI filings, investor grievances.

Assistant Manager Roles

Multiple E-1 posts (Rs. 40,000-1,40,000), age 30 years:

• Corporate Communication (2 posts, UR-1/OBC-1): PG in Mass Comm/Journalism + 2 years’ media experience.
• Rajbhasha (1 UR): Master’s in Hindi/English + translation diploma + 2 years’ experience.
• HRM (4 posts, UR-2/OBC-1/SC-1): MBA/MSW (HRM) + 2 years’ PSU/Govt. experience desirable.

Sr. Project Executive (Civil) & Others

• Sr. Project Executive (Civil): 10 E-1 posts (Rs. 40,000-1,40,000), UR-4/SC-4/OBC-1/EWS-1 (1 PWD-HH); Civil degree + 2 years’ construction experience.
• Assistant Manager (PHE): 1 UR E-1; Civil degree + Master’s in Public Health/Env. Engg. + 2 years’ water/sewage projects.
• Graduate Assistant (IT/CS): 2 UR E-0 (Rs. 30,000-1,20,000), age 28; any degree + 1-year IT diploma (incomplete in query).

E-6 Posts

Personal Interview only. This applies to senior roles like General Manager (Engg.).

E-3/E-2/E-1 Posts

Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Personal Interview. Covers positions such as Manager (Architecture), Deputy Manager (Company Secretary), Assistant Managers, Sr. Project Executive (Civil), and similar.

E-0 Posts

Skill Test followed by Personal Interview. Relevant for entry roles like Graduate Assistant (IT/CS).

S-3 Posts

Computer Based Test (CBT) only. Applies to Junior Engineer positions in Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical.
