DUSU Election 2026: Every year, Delhi University organises the Students ‘ Union election popularly known as the DUSU election, which refers to the Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) elections for the 2026-27 academic session.

Results of DUSU 2025-26:
- ABVP won 3 posts: President, Secretary, and Joint Secretary.
- NSUI won 1 post: Vice President.

The elections for the next session (DUSU 2026-27) will start in September 2026, following the usual pattern (notification in August, polling in mid-to-late September, and results the next day). No official notification has come as yet.
Key Features of DUSU Elections (Typical Pattern):
- Posts Contested: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Joint Secretary.
- Voters: All regular students of Delhi University colleges and departments (usually 2.5–3 lakh voters).
- Polling: Conducted in two shifts (morning for day colleges, evening for evening colleges).
- Eligibility: Candidates must be bonafide students meeting DU criteria (including age and academic requirements). A security bond of ₹1 lakh is usually required.
